Coaching others is my passion and I am 100% dedicated to my clients’ success. All I ask from you is that you commit to the plan!

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach in diet or nutrition. If any part of the plan I design for a client is not something that they find to be conducive to their lifestyle or preferences, then I will make changes! My goal is to find something that works for YOU!

*Please Note - I do not write specific meal plans, but I am happy to assist you in designing your own meal plan around your macros. I also do not work with anyone who is currently battling with an eating disorder or certain major health issues.

Come workout with me in person! Group Fit is designed for:

  • Those that thrive in a group workout setting and love to be motivated by a community of ladies.

  • 2 days a week for 6 weeks

  • Group workouts consisting of cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training

  • Nutrition education to help you lose fat and keep it off

  • Progress assessments to track results

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5am-6am

  • Located at Living Word Elementary in St. Peters

  • Next session: Mar 5th-Apr 11th

Group Fit online

This Monthly Membership program is designed for:

  • Busy individuals who desire the flexibility to workout when and where they want!

    You will receive:

  • 2 online workouts per week + bonus workouts

  • Online workouts consisting of cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training

  • Nutrition education to help you lose fat and keep it off

  • Group community to help support you along the way!

 

1:1 Coaching

This customized 1:1 program is designed to help you:

  • Lose fat and keep it off for good!

  • Create habit and mindset changes that stop the yo-yo dieting….forever!

  • Learn how to prioritize your life while working toward a fit physique

  • Have a sustainable and enjoyable fitness program

    You will receive:

  • A 12 week personalized workout program based on your specific goals, schedule and equipment

  • Descriptions & videos for each exercise on your plan, plus a FREE app to take your training on the go.

  • Macro nutrient goals and nutrition coaching

  • Weekly check ins and access to me via messaging
