I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach in diet or nutrition. If any part of the plan I design for a client is not something that they find to be conducive to their lifestyle or preferences, then I will make changes! My goal is to find something that works for YOU!
*Please Note - I do not write specific meal plans, but I am happy to assist you in designing your own meal plan around your macros. I also do not work with anyone who is currently battling with an eating disorder or certain major health issues.

Those that thrive in a group workout setting and love to be motivated by a community of ladies.
2 days a week for 6 weeks
Group workouts consisting of cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training
Nutrition education to help you lose fat and keep it off
Progress assessments to track results
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5am-6am
